Dennis Sarslow started Brian Custom Homes in 1991 while helping his son Brian search for his first new home. Discouraged with the homes they were finding, Dennis knew he could build a better quality home for his son, as he had learned about home construction from his father thirty-five years earlier. Dennis set out to build Brian’s home, and prior to finishing construction, they received an unsolicited offer and ended up selling the house. This happened two more times - always selling before Brian was to receive his first new home.

Due to popular demand, Dennis founded Brian Custom Homes in honor of his son Brian.
