All Brian Custom Homes foundations are designed and inspected by state licensed engineers.

Brian Custom Homes framing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing inspections are performed by state licensed engineers.

At the completion of your Brian Custom Home, the final inspection is performed by licensed engineers to ensure nothing is missed and that everything in your new Brian Custom Home is performing to State and City codes.

Unlike most builders, Brian Custom Homes exterior walls are 100% wood sheathing, wall plates are sealed and bolted to the foundation, and steel hurricane straps are installed to secure the roof rafters to the exterior walls, making your home structurally safe for the most severe weather.
