General Contractor and Remodeling
General contractor and remodeling services are a great option if you have a medium size addition or remodeling project that you need professionally managed. Common requests include multi-purpose secondary buildings that coordinate with the primary home, additions that accommodate living space requirements for the multi-generational home, workshops, and outbuildings.
The Master Suite Addition
Shortly after the Fisher's moved into their new Brian Custom Home, they began making plans to take care of their aging parent. After considering all of their options, they realized the best decision was to build a second master suite that offered additional private living space and that blended seemlessly with the rest of their new home. The final reveal is coming soon... stay tuned for more pictures!
The Well House
The Brownrigg family needed a custom well house that didn't clash with their existing home and provided the ability to hide the unsightly water tank. Brian Custom Homes to the rescue! We designed a multi-purpose well house with built-in storage and a bathroom with shower. The wrought iron french doors add a custom touch and provide easy access to the pool and outdoor entertaining area.
A Workshop for Him and a Craft Room for Her
When Weatherford Fire Chief Bob Hopkins and his wife Debbie decided to build a workshop and craft room that had the same look and feel as their Victorian home, they called on Brian Custom Homes. We designed a secondary building that blended so well with their main home, it looks as if it's always been there. Now Bob has a workshop with plenty of room to work on his antique signs and Debbie has a dedicated room for crafting.
Workshops, Outbuildings, and Barndominiums
One of the most popular requests we receive from our clients in rural areas are workshops, outbuildings, and barndominiums that create an efficient, comfortable, work environment that stand up to extreme Texas weather.
